At HPW Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your HPW Cards account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
